Why should I choose bamboo?

How do I care for my SleepOui items?
HOW TO WASH:
Wash in cold water on a delicate cycle with like fabrics. Avoid washing with towels, denim, or items with Velcro or exposed zippers, as these can cause unnecessary wear. For zippered styles, zip the garment closed and turn it inside out before washing to help minimize pilling and protect the fabric. Wash with like colors, avoid bleach and fabric softeners, wash blankets separately. Make sure sleep bags are zipped before washing.
HOW TO DRY:
For best results, we do not recommend using the dryer to dry your SleepOui items. Instead, lay flat or hang to dry. If absolutely necessary to use the dryer, tumble dry on the lowest heat setting and remove promptly. High heat can damage bamboo fibers and reduce their softness or cause pilling.

Upgrading shipping on a Pre-Sale item also does not constitute for a faster processing time. Your items will ship with the selected shipping method at checkout once the Pre-Sale item has been processed within the given dates.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate price adjustments.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Since we aim to ship as quickly as possible, orders are sent to our warehouse in real time and are unable to be changed once they are placed.
Do you use flame retardants in your pajamas?
No. We comply with snug fitting standards to eliminate the use of flame retardant chemicals during our production process – irritants like chlorine-containing bleaches, zinc, and sulfate. Our products are safety-tested, lead-tested, and compliant with all CPSC regulations. You can rest easy knowing that our fabric is free of irritants and toxic treatments.
Will your pajamas shrink after washing?
No, our bamboo fabric doesn’t shrink. Bamboo fibers are naturally resistant to shrinking, so your SleepOui pieces will maintain their shape and size wash after wash.
What is a TOG rating?
The TOG Rating is a measurement that indicates the thermal insulation of bedding and sleepwear, helping to determine how warm or cool a fabric will keep a person. Our sleep bags are all a 1.0 TOG rating and best for 69 – 73 °F / 21 – 23 °C. Understanding TOG Ratings is essential for ensuring comfort and safety for your child during sleep.
